Looking for a day of guaranteed fun with the kids, but don’t want to face the queues at Disneyland Paris? Why not take a trip to Parc Asterix instead? This popular theme park, inspired by the cult Asterix comic books, is located only 35km north of Paris.

The park is divided into different thematic areas, such as the Gaulish village, the Roman Empire, the Vikings, and the Greeks. Visitors can enjoy rides, shows, restaurants, and shops, as well as meet characters from comic strips. The park also offers special events and activities, such as the Halloween festival and the Christmas market.

What can you do at Parc Asterix?

At Parc Astérix, visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions and shows inspired by the Gaulish village and its inhabitants. The park is divided into different themed areas, such as the Gaulish Village, the Roman Empire, the Vikings and the Greeks. Some of the attractions and shows that can be enjoyed at the park include:

The Gaulish Village: visitors can explore the village and discover the customs and traditions of the Gauls. They can also visit the houses of Asterix, Obelix, Getafix and other characters, and see how they live.

The park is open every day in April, almost every day in May (not Monday and Tuesday), and every day from June 1 to September 1. In September and October, the park is open only on weekends (except for the Halloween event, when the park will be open from October 20 to November 3
